Elf Fun ~ Monday 12/15

Those silly little Elves were playing Peek-A-Boo by hiding under their Elf Hats this morning!

Saturday 12/13 and Sunday 12/14

We were bad little Elf Keepers this weekend! Saturday night the Elf Keepers forgot to take pictures. Eli and Elvin were found out on the front porch windowsil peeking into the house. There was a note taped to the window that said ~ "HELP - someone locked us out. It is COLD out here!".

Since we forgot to take pictures I guess they decided to not do anything special for Sunday morning -- Oops! ;)

Elf Fun ~ Friday 12/12

I think Elvin and Eli are slowly losing their creativity! ;) This morning they were found doing headstands between the stairstep railings.

Elf Fun ~ Thursday 12/11

Eli and Elvin were in the FREEZER of all places this morning! They had a note with them that said they were homesick. I think they miss the North Pole!

Elf Fun ~ Wednesday 12/10

This morning Eli and Elvin looked like two innocent little Boys sitting in the TV cabinet ~

They did some decorating - Oh Boy!

It looks like they found the toilet paper! How Festive Looking it is!

Elf Fun ~ 12/08

The kids had a really hard time finding the Elves this morning. Finally, when Andrew decided to give up and get his breakfast awhile - there they were! Hiding in the Fridge!

"HELP - we tried to get the milk but got
stuck in the refrigerator. The door is too
heavy to open!"
Eli and Elvin

Elf Fun ~ 12/07

Sunday morning the Elves were hiding. It took quite awhile for Andrew and Madison to spot them, but finally Madison seen where they were ~

Elvin and Eli crawled into Nanny's Curio cabinet during the night!

Taking a closer look - they picked a pretty good hiding spot!

Elf Fun ~ 12/06

Saturday morning we woke up to see that Elvin had been buidling with Lego's during the night ~

.......and silly Eli dressed up like a Little Princess!

Elf Fun ~ 12/05

It looks like Eli and Elvin were up to no good again!

Andrew reading the note they left ~
"We had a little snowball fight.
I hope we didn't leave too much
of a mess."
Eli and Elvin

Andrew is so excited and into the 'magic' of the Elves.
Madison says to me this morning ~ "Nanny, the elves didn't leave that mess. They can't reach out and pick things up like that!" ~ She is just like her Mommy was at that age - so matter of fact! LOL!

Elf Fun ~ 12/04

This morning the kids knew just what to do! They came running into the bedroom with their Elf hats on and said "Nanny we are going to go look for our Elves!". They noticed first off that they weren't on the windowsill and Madison was the first one to notice them hiding in the Tree by the window!

Nanny didn't jump out of bed quick enough to get pictures of the kids looking for their Elves this morning - but I did manage to get a couple of pictures of them hanging out in the tree!

Elf Fun 12/03

The first thing the kids did this morning was run to the windowsill to see if the elves were waiting for them. Andrew seemed pretty surprised that his Elf wasn't there but understood the 'game' of putting on his hat to go look for him. Madison on the other hand was a little upset that her Elf wasn't were she put it! I reminded her that Santa's note said the elves get a little naughty at night and they might have to look for them in the morning. She ran off to put on her special hat and start hunting.

They weren't in her toy basket!?

Andrew found them sitting on the stove in two bowls of cereal.

Andrew started to read the note from Santa. He had to laugh at the mess they made of the kitchen while they were getting breakfast made!

"Good Morning Andrew & Madison
We wanted to Thank you for letting us stay here, so we tried to make you breakfast. Unfortunately, the milk was too heavy, so all we could do was pour the cereal. Sorry, we may have spilled a little."
Elvin & Eli

Elves have arrived!

Something special has arrived from the North Pole!
Andrew is reading a letter from Santa Claus. He
received an Elf and some sort of Hat ~

Madison received a hat too. She is trying hers on ~

Andrew's letter from Santa! It explains that Santa sent Elvin Elf to spend the holidays with him. He also sent a special Elf Hunting Cap that he may need later!

Madison also received a letter. Her letter talks about Elvin's twin Elf - Eli, which is her special friend for the Holidays!

Santa says that Eli and Elvin should sleep on the windowsill at night - so they are testing it out ~

Andrew and Madison with their Elves and Elf Hunting Caps ~
Madison said that Eli Elf smells like Santa's workshop!

Elf Fun 12/02/2008

Two packages were left on the porch this morning. What ever could they be?

Taking a closer look ~ it appears they are for Madison and Andrew.
I can't wait until they get home this afternoon to see what they are!
